The founding of the EP&S Group was strongly desired by the directors of the three consortium companies: Eng. Massimo Rapetti of Prodim, Eng. Stefano Dalmasso of SI.ME.TE. and Eng. Renzo Zorzi of EL s.r.l. Engineering Service. In the face of lasting collaboration, the goal of EP&S is to integrate the knowledge and experience consolidated by the three entities. Since 2020, Eng. Giorgio Bo has taken the position of CEO in EP&S on behalf of Prodim.
